We Tried!
Every so often, we try to gather our democratic friends or friends with democratic values to get together. Sixty-five people showed up for the August 8, 2024, Belmont Democratic information event on GET OUT THE VOTE! Everyone was enthusiastic about Getting Out the Vote for:

What can you do to help WIN future elections?
Gather together – As we did for the Abigale Spanberger Event on March 25, 2025.
Donate – See our donate page and we will send other fundraising events from time to time.
Wear Buttons and other political garb – We will provide these or identify where to obtain.
Letter/Postcard Writing – We supply letters and stamps.
Canvassing – We will coach and give lists for knocking doors.
Phone Calls – We will coach and give lists. This is a great way to reach people who will not talk but will listen to your message.
Spread the Word – Write content for this newsletter and/or the Belmont Democratic website.
Put up signs in your yard – maximum of 2 starting 30 days before election or Oct 6. You can order yard signs through the club - subscribe to our newsletter so you will be among the first to know when they are available!
Help at Back to School Night
Election Day – hand out Democratic sample ballots.
